CLASSES

We have a wide variety of classes to help you meet all of your fitness goals. Take a look at all the classes we offer below.

VIRTUAL CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE

Can't make it to class? Prefer to stay virtual? We have zoom classes available daily with a live coach to check on your form and keep you motivated.

 

DAILY W.O.D


The Daily workout (WOD) Is an hour long CrossFit Class consisting of a dynamic group warm up, skill specific warm up, movement instruction, WOD and cool down led by a CrossFit Trainer. The Trainer will support and assist athletes in tailoring the workout to meet individual levels and ability. The W.O.D. is posted on the blog on a daily basis This class is reserved for members, current punch card holders and visitors who have been consistently participating in CrossFit at another affiliate.




ZOOM DAILY W.O.D


This workout is 100% virtual, coached by one of our trained Coaches and can be done in the comfort of your own home. The trainer will take you through a general and skill specific warm-up, workout, cash out, cool down and stretch. We will modify the workout to use the equipment you have at home (or even if you don't have any equipment we can make it work for you). This is an hour long class and open for any and all, a great option if you are traveling or cannot make it to the gym.




YOGA


We all know how important stretching and mobility is to keep your body tuned up for maximum performance... Many of you say after class..."oh well, I have to go stretch I'll do it when I get home"...but do you??
Join Tori at our 60 minute vinyasa yoga classes (available in person or on zoom). This class will connect breath with movement increasing physical awareness, flexibility, static core strength and your body's ability to release toxins. A vinyasa yoga class is also a great way to not only relieve physical tensions from everyday "wear and tear" and sore muscles but can also alleviate stress and mental tension. Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary. All you really need is a mat, water and breath. This class is open to members, current punch card holders and non-members for a $15 drop in fee.




FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION


Interested in CrossFit and CrossFit King of Prussia? Come to this free introductory session where you will learn about what we do and try a CrossFit Workout. The workout will be scaled to your level and ability. Come in clothes comfortable to move in.




MASTER CLASS


The masters class is a one hour CrossFit class exclusively for people ages 50 and up. The class is specifically designed with the needs of older adults in mind. The class gives those who prefer it an opportunity to work out with their own peer group. The class is specifically designed to train for longevity and ward off decrepitude as you age. There are no prerequisites to attend this class, all levels and abilities welcome.




CROSSFIT PRETEENS


Our Preteens class is for youth ages 10 - 14 years. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, preteens are ready to learn to use the barbell, lift for strength and bring some intensity to their workouts. Youth new to CrossFit and under 15 years should attend preteens class before transitioning to our teens class. Classes are one hour. Find more information here.




CROSSFIT TEENS


Our teens class is for youth ages 13 - 18 years. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, teens are ready to follow the class format of our adult classes alongside their peers. Classes are one hour. Find more information here.




CROSSFIT KIDS


Our Kids class is for youth ages 7-12 years. children. Classes are 45 minutes. Find more information here.




CROSSFIT PRESCHOOL


Our preschool class is for our littlest CrossFitters, ages 3-6 years (must be potty trained.) This class is a basic introduction to functional movement through fun and games. Classes are 30 minutes in length. If there is a concurrent adult class children of parents taking it will be supervised for the remainder of the hour. Find more information here.
