No matter who you are, you can get fitter! Anyone with an open mind, positive attitude and desire to learn, grow and work hard can see results! Are you an athlete, firefighter, military personnel, police officer, professor, teacher, office worker, parent, high school student, kid, senior or retiree? Are you busy…already in shape, out of shape, super fit, bored with the same routine, can’t get enough exercise on your own, eager to lose weight, inches, gain strength and endurance, or do you just want to lift the grocery bag or your kids with ease? Then we have the program for you!

CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS

So that we can pay strict attention to individual needs and in order to familiarize new trainees and make them comfortable with specific skills and exercises, we ask that you start with our CrossFit Fundamentals Class or begin with one-on-one personal training sessions.

  • The CrossFit Fundamentals Class costs $150 and is comprised of 3 sessions. Each session covers different exercises and techniques specific to CrossFit. You will clearly understand your strengths and weaknesses and have a good base on where you stand in regard to appropriately scaling of weight and exercises.

  • Starting with personal sessions helps us put your safety and understanding first. Our trainers are exceptional coaches and teachers and we guarantee that the personal sessions are a great value!

  • We offer another option to anyone with a CrossFit background or anyone who thinks they are at a level where the CrossFit fundamentals are fully understood. You will be assessed and tested on any of the CrossFit Exercises by one of our Coaches for a fee of $65. Testing is 45 minutes to an hour.

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Take advantage of your free introductory session with a certified CrossFit trainer. Be prepared to answer questions about your medical history, exercise history, special interests and concerns. Your free session will be either private or semi-private and last for about 45 minutes to an hour. No matter what the WOD is that day, you will complete a baseline workout. It will be scaled to your level and will involve four sets of body weight exercises tailored to suit your ability.
